Why is my location not updated on the map?

Some questions to investigate:

  1. Did you download aPhoneTracker to your phone?
  2. Is your phone turned on?
  3. Is aPhoneTracker turned on (click on the aPhoneTracker icon on your phone's main page)?
  4. Does your phone have a strong signal (how many bars show in the top left of your phone's main page)?
  5. Is there an error displayed on the bottom of the map viewer?
